  • How often should I get stretched?
    Consistency is key when it comes to stretching. We offer membership options to help you stay on track. Your coach can discuss the best frequency for you, whether it's once or twice a week.
  • Will I get hurt?
    Don't worry. You may feel some tension during your stretch, but you shouldn't experience pain. Our coaches are trained to monitor your comfort level throughout the session and adjust the stretch accordingly.
  • What if I have an injury?
    We recommend avoiding stretching if you have an acute injury. It's essential to consult with a doctor or physical therapist to get clearance before visiting StretchCo. If you experience chronic pain, discomfort, or tightness, assisted stretching may be beneficial, provided you have approval from your healthcare provider. Please note that our coaches are not physical therapists.

Select your preferred location and time: Choose the StretchCo. location that's most convenient for you and select your desired appointment time. Choose your coach: You can either select a specific coach or allow the system to assign one based on availability. Provide your contact information: Fill in your personal details, including your name, email address, and phone number. Complete your booking: Review your appointment details and confirm your booking. Please note: Our online booking system is available 24/7, allowing you to schedule appointments at your convenience. If you encounter any difficulties or have questions, feel free to contact our friendly staff.
  • What do I wear?
    You can wear any clothing that you feel comfortable in for your stretching session. Popular choices include workout attire, gym shorts, yoga gear, loose-fitting shorts, clean socks, and T-shirts.
